Under Odoo human resource you can add stages in your recruitment cycle. This allows you to schedule different stages for a Senior manager and college intern. No repetitive stages so you can create a template and all candidates tagged to the Job position will be made to follow the configured stages.
This feature you can access from here Odoo>> Human resource>> Associate request form>> recruitment responsible and select/ create your stages.
You can also update employee qualifications over here in Qualification level.
