Dspace client has big organization maintaining collection of books/title from nursery. He want to manage those E-books, Videos, Listening Classes using Dspace. Dspace has best open source digital repository which can give the above features out of the box partially. So we have customized the Dspace portal according to Client Needs.

- We have Implemented small snippets of code to Attach Client requested banner in JSPUI which can be customize in Dspace Source code itself.
- To Preview large pdf files we have customized limit values in Dspace configuration any pdf file larger than 20 MB can be viewed from Dspace portal.
- To view collections in hierarchical format, we have customized collections and community JSP pages.
- SMTP configurations supported by Dspace will support out of the box but a good email configuration with proper parameters can be done our job easily.
- We have Integrated (Flow Player) in to JSPUI portal. While uploading video to Dspace we are converting these files to Dspace supported format (i.e., .flv files). so any video can play inside Dspace.
- We have chosen Dspace to accommodate all features in a single place.
