Supplier level minimum quantity is the number of quantity ideally supplier is willing to dispense with out formal negotiation, this number shall be more or equal on our part to raise a purchase order against them. Supplier can be reluctant to go below the prescribed quantity as it may affect his margins or impact shipping policy.
