When we enable recruitment there will be lot of applicant and documents from them. To effectively segregate and quickly access resumes, you can go for Odoo CV and Resume indexation feature that will allow Human resource to index the resume document digital file always tagged against the candidate.
Navigate to the settings menu like-Settings>> General settings >> Human resource
