Requirements

To develop a web-based e-Learning platform to provide targeted groups of trainees with an interactive educational resource in a modular learning format, including training materials, web-based testing and scoring, monitoring and tracking, report generation, online support and communications vehicles, through the application of open source and off-the-shelf software, with a minimum of original design as is practicable.
