Overview
This platform developed for on-line teacher program. Here students will participate in respective courses and submit their course activities. And students will get the grades automatically or manually by the teacher.
Course Module submission
Enrolled users will submit the course after completing all the modules in a course. Each course have 10 modules along with one super module. Student can’t submit the super module with out submitting other 9 modules.
Introductory-Mail
Emails will send Students and teachers once a year. Those emails have 5 levels for different users. In each level mail will send to students and teachers using automated cron. These emails are sent with 2 days time gap.
User Reports
We will generate 3 types of reports based on user performance. reports are PD Hours Tracking, Performance Tracking and Activity Log. In PD Hours report we will get hours spent by the user and performance for particular module.
Requirements
Video Blocks
- Admin will upload the multiple videos from admin panel, those videos displaying on application home page based on sequence number.
Articles
- Created article scrolling on front page. Latest feature 3 articles displaying based in publish date of an article.
Moodle Mobile
- Integrated web application with android and IOS mobile App. Here users will get the notifications of the course events and announcements of the institute.
Results
Introductory Mail
- Administrator can create the window and allocate the required users to create window.
- Portal have 5 levels of notifications,each and every notification have specific content which is given by administrator.
- End users will get the notification emails based on scheduled time every day.
User Performance Reports
- Portal have 3 types of reports (PD Hours Tracking , Performance Tracking , Activity Log).
- Based on given Input we will get Output in the form of Reports
User Module Selection
- Administrator can select specified student and allocate the grade courses to user.
- There is a Timer where end users can attempt the courses in specified time and submit to course teacher.
- Course Teacher will be able to review the submitted content by student and allocate grade for the user.
