  • Businesss Requirements and Challenges.

    • The company needed an ERP so that they could reuse the same existing processes and also have a tight integration with the web application.
    • The Company did not have the resources or the technical capability to continue with the web application.
    • They wanted an ERP solution which could replicate the Products, Customer, Sales order data in Magento.
    • Customer transaction history was not readily available and users needed to combine 2-3 reports to get the history of transactions.
    • All the customer transactions made online should sync with the ERP and they should be done in real time.
    • All the data can be synced back from the ERP to the web application in real time.
  • Business Requirements and Challenges.

    • The company was using a web based application to track Sales, Purchases and manage Inventory and the application was not linked to their websites. Also the Quotes, Orders process was not user friendly in the web application.
    • An option to export was built - Product, Customer, Customer Address, Roles and access permissions in OpenERP.
    • Different prices for different business units.
    • We were able to successfully replicate all the processes of the web Application and also were able to quickly sync all the necessary data from website to OpenERP. Reporting was also enhanced for better Management decisions and day to day analysis on the sales. Easily track the commissions of the Sales person and also dashboard analysis for the users based on their roles.Sales , Purchase, Warehouse, Accounting Modules implemented successfully.
    • Every field of Customer in Magneto should be in Openerp.
    • Automatically import supplier stock levels in a specific warehouse required.
    • Migration to openerp to magento
    • The ability to have not only customers in the DB but also fitters/installers related to the order.
    • Every field of product in Magneto should be in Openerp.
