  • Allowing Assigned To and Assigned To 2 users to Edit Contact Records Scheduled & Edit Account Records Scheduled

Workflow Authorisations-1

  • Audit Table – Only certain fields will be monitored for changes and when these fields are edited a record of it is updated in the Audit Tables (accounts_audit, contacts_audit) . When the record has been added to the Audit Table, then a new case should be created to approve or decline the changes that have been made.
  • Editing Records
  • Creation of a Case
  • Linking Contact to case created
  •  Viewing the Changes made to contacts & Accounts in a subpanel

Workflow Authorisations-2

  • Cases Module – When the record status is New then particular Account should not be Editable, It should be in Lock mode. Same when the cases record status changed to Approved / Rejected / Closed then that particular Cases should be in Lock mode ( Not to be Edited ).
  •  SOAP API – With SOAP API that need to create or update Mandates.
  • Rest API – With Rest API that need to show Accounts and Projects, so i need to pull projects related to accounts.

Workflow Authorisations-3

  • Quotes Module – Fixed the issue in Quotes Module, when clicking on Add Group button functionality not working.
  •  Accounts Module – Both in Edit / Creation of Accounts – Hide the field ( Member of ) and Subpanel Entities base on field Institutional Client Type dropdown value equal to Entity.
  • Contact Module – Hide the Edit Button in detail view depending on two rules (a) Current Logged in User is not the user on the Assigned To Field (b) Current Logged in User is not the user on the user’s fields.
