Our customer is a multi brand fashion retailer with over 63 stores across UK and globe. In 2017, they decided to revamp their overall Magento site to a brand new UI design and they needed to be more effective in showcasing the company’s brands and their respective product ranges. KTree has added numerous features and integrations to their store such as Neckermann Integration, Adyen Payment gateway, Bol.com and Navison ERP integration for gift cards etc

Challenges:
- KTree made an extra effort to get the best customer experience possible by addressing few portion of the Magento site design from scratch with mobile specific feature.
- To enhance the online shopping user experience few uncertain parts of the site like Home Page, Product pages, Checkout are highly customized out of standard Magento Solutions.

Adyen Payment Gateway:
- Adyen offered online services for accepting electronic payments by payment methods including credit cards, bank based payments such as debit cards, bank transfer, and real-time bank transfers based on online banking.
- Integrating with Adyen gave an ability to manage online and mobile payments easily for our customer and it also enabled full control over the customer data.
- Secure recurring payments was enabled by using the Adyen platform for the business needs
Neckermann Integration:
- Neckermann uses the product/inventory data which are passed through xml to Neckermann for listing and selling the products.
- Orders are pushed back to Magento application via xml file using orders API.
- Sync of Invoice and shipment status to Neckermann was performed using API.

- Customers can send gift coupons by placing an order with digital gift cards with all the options in PDP such as sender name,receiver name ,delivery date etc are added in product view.
Customized Checkout Process
- Simplifying the checkout by dividing the checkout into simple 3 steps (Address, Payment and Order Complete/Success) and to reduce the confusion to customer when he is in checkout.
Barcode Attributes
- It enables to configure barcode from the Backend Panel and to update the Magento products with a barcode for managing the inventory effectively.
Crunch Analytics
- Boost your order value by Crunch Analytics which enables user to view the list of recommended products using the sophisticated algorithm in the details product page.
