    • Managers must be able to create multiple task for multiple employees/engineers via a single email and notify the associated resources.
    • Managers must be able to assign resources based on the different category such as Onsite, off-site or Offshore and track their statuses.
    • Managers must be able to have role base access for each resources tie up to the projects
    • Managers must be able to invoice based on different project methodology such as Time and material, Fix BID, Mixed mode project.
    • Employee and engineers must be able to enter the time sheet for over time worked along and it should automatically update as a logs
    • Managers must be able to enter the Project details with regards to different dates of projects.

    • Managers must be able to create change management for the project if existing project's PO is consumed.
    • Paid invoice must be able to show effect on initial customer PO raised.
    • Finance team must be able to create invoice out of the approved time sheet hours.
    • Project deliverables and any other related documents of project at the projects master.
    • Managers must be able to define the different rate card for the project such as for Time & material based on competencies
    • A notification of shortage of customer PO must be raised against each projects to the corresponding project managers and Delivery manager.
    • Billing must be able to done on the cost centers of client and client's customer's cost centers.
    • Finance team must be able apply the discounts and change the hours worked and rate on the invoices.
    • Work base structure must be Billable and Non Billable.
    • A Dashboard should be given to the project managers where they can see the cost targets and the Billing done against the client's customer in order to raise Change request
