Business Requirements and Challenges.
- Needed a leave management functionality that included different types of leaves, allowing HR with full access & employees to have limited access to apply, update & view entire leaves & holidays of the calender year.
- The client needed an efficient tool to manage the resources. This included the full end and a flexible functionality to create and maintain employee details.
- There was a need of a module that could handle various departments within the organization. This includes creation, maintain & view complete list of departments of the organisation.
- The client involved in major restructuring phase of business which needed R&D activities for technology products

The client required an environment to track the total number of employees in the organisation wrt department and also display the number of new employees to be recruited w.r.t department. The environment was to track status of the individuals in interview, maintain the details, show the count on individual applications of positions on timely basis. Also needed to provide the HR’s to allow or stop individuals for further interview stages.
Results
- Needed a leave management functionality that included different types of leaves, allowing HR with full access & employees to have limited access to Implemented Resource management (The following screenshot displays the employee creation interface. This interface is accessed by clicking on the create button in the employees sub menu. Here we have the flexibility to use any of our company unit against an employee user.
