Requirements

• Client was operating as a Multi brand apparel chain outlet who wanted to have business specific features in one ERP application in POS, Warehouse, Purchase.
  
• At the same time multiple user can log in to the POS session and can only close with authorization.
  
• POS station users also had to track web orders from magento from the POS console itself with order details.
  
• For business client wanted to have POS personnel to be restricted to selected POS stations only as they were a chain of stores selling .
  
• Client needed multiple Categories, Products of One Point of sale will not show in other Point of sales.
  
• The Gift voucher, credit memo which later used for authorized payments had to be built in the tool.
  
• As client was operating with apparel products from different categories with sales happening from online and direct channels a large amount of invoicing data generated on daily basis.
  
• The application had to manage Gift vouchers, product returns and credit memo for customers.
  
• Easily update customers and process more deliveries in a very faster way.
  
• With sales happening at multiple geographical locations it was a critical need to have fully integrated and dynamic inventory management tool.
  
• Each POS will be unique as per the configuration
  
• With new customers operating with multiple payment options, processing invoices and keep historical information tracking was not simple and effective enough.
