Challenges
- The User Needs to be updated with Hints or Suggestions based on options he selected on the case type and the case subtype fields of sugar.
- This has to be done by changing the content on the dashboards present in the create view and the recorded view.
- The content on dashboard is static where as we need to change it based on the options selected by the user.
- Dashboards can be configured only for record view of UI but not for the create view.
- We need to create a custom HTML field(Rich Text Editor/TinyMCE Editor) for the user to update the hints for each case type and sub type in a custom module

We created records in a custom module for each case type and case subtype with HTML content on a custom HTML field.

We created custom dashboards both on the record as well as on to the create view of Cases Module.

The contents of the dashboard which we have created in the record and the create view has to be retrieved from the custom module based on the case type and case sub type changed by the users in Cases Module.
