Overview
ITU is a platform to selling online courses, Admin users create the courses along with modules and Online or offline paid users can directly enrol to the courses and participate in the course.
Focal Point users
Focal point is one of the ITU user, this user pay for multiple users in one organization for single course. For those users he will get the payment invoice, Focal point users can able to pay offline and online for every future date course.
Mega course Group
This is a group of courses along with mega course. Users in this group will participate in multiple courses. And enrolled users can submit the courses after completing all the courses in the group.
Offline Invoices
ITU user or focal point user can create his own offline invoices for single course. Course payment made through bank and upload the invoices in ITU web application. After super admin user able to download the paid invoices and enrol users to respective courses.
Requirements
Upload Signatures
- Super admin user can upload the signatures of the ITU coordinators. And the uploaded signatures will use in ITU course certificates and Course wall. Uploaded Signatures able to select in course settings.
User Registration
- In ITU we have two types of users, one is normal ITU user and second user is Focal Point Users. Users registration will be done with 4 categories i.e 1) Users personal details 2) Organization Offlitional affiliation 3) Optional profile questions 4) Organization details.
Decision Based Enrolment
- Superadmin set the registration date for the course. Required users and able to send course registration request. Superadmin verity the users details and enrol the user to specified course. If enrolment not required, admin can unenrol user from the course.
Results
Mega Course Portal
- Based on Moodle category create combinations each combination have more than one course and one mega course.
- Enrolled users will be able to attempt all the course modules and submit the course.
- End Users can but submit Mega Courses after completing all the courses in Combination
ITU signatures
- Superadmin user can create the digital signatures and upload in to Signature master.
- Uploaded signatures can use in courses certificates and courses header.
Focal Point Actions
- Focal point users can create new users and new groups. And can assign users to created groups.
- Focal user can enrol the ITU users to particular course by using payment method.
- Focal user will be able to generate the invoices to courses and make the offline payment as well.
