JOB DESCRIPTION

• Strong experience building and maintaining production systems on AWS using EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, Cloud Formation, etc. and familiarity interacting with the AWS APIs.

• Experience administering Linux (Ubuntu) systems.

• Experience with RDBMS(MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

• Experience with continuous integration, testing, and deployment.

• Good Exposure to Configuration Management tools

• Experience of Nginx and PHP fpm tuning. Has built,managed highly scalable and redundant applications and environment using load balancers, nginx,httpd, database caching, page caching,memcached.

• Good Experience in AWS and Cloud Management Tools (Right Scale/Scalr)

• Be accountable for proper backup and disaster recovery procedures.

• Develop, improve, and thoroughly document operational practices and procedures

• Experience in Server Security, Firewalls Setup, DNS management and Port Blocking.

• End to End System Administration (Linux)

• Good Experience in Scripting

• Bonus points for experience with Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or Salt
