REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY KTree Computer Solutions India (P) Ltd.

- Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to KTree Computer Solutions India (P) Ltd. for IT services, projects, and engagements. By making a payment, you agree to this policy.
- No Refund After Completion
Once a project or service has been completed and delivered to the Client, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. A project or service is considered complete when the final deliverables have been handed over, deployed, or made available to the Client as per the agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal.
- Refunds for Ongoing or Not-Yet-Started Projects
- If you wish to cancel a service before work has commenced, a refund will be issued minus any applicable payment gateway processing charges and processing charges.
- For projects that are in progress but not yet completed, refund eligibility will be determined based on the percentage of work already completed. The Client will be charged for all work completed up to the date of the cancellation request, and the remaining amount (if any) may be refunded.
- Refund requests for ongoing projects must be submitted in writing to email from which you received the invoice with a clear reason for cancellation.
- Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Completed projects and fully delivered services.
- Third-party software licenses, domain registrations, hosting fees, or any other third-party costs procured on behalf of the Client.
- Consultation fees for advisory or consulting sessions already conducted.
- Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted by the Client.
- Any setup, configuration, or onboarding charges once the setup is complete.
- How to Request a Refund
- Send your refund request via email to which you received the invoice within seven (7) days of the payment date.
- Include your invoice number, payment details, and the reason for the request.
- Our team will review the request and respond within five (5) business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) business days to the original payment method.
- Cancellation of Services
- Cancellation of ongoing services or subscriptions requires thirty (30) days’ written notice.
- Services will continue until the end of the notice period, and the Client will be billed accordingly.
- No refund will be issued for the unused portion of a billing cycle unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to us atwhich you received the invoice . We will review and respond within ten (10) business days. All disputes will be governed by the Terms and Conditions and the laws of the Republic of India, with the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana having exclusive jurisdiction.
