• Customize the CRM module for online registration of Leads from various business verticals as Business partners, as Franchises and as Individual members all of them having unique set of input information , eligibility criteria and sign up procedure.
  
• Import leads from the Online portal every hour and show them in OpenERP with all the email communication done in the sign-up process as a reference history.
  
• Converting them to opportunity and in the process taking down interest levels by business points during phone call and meetings.Record expected revenue and conversion chances for each of the business opportunity.
  
• The registration process had a lot of glitches before, we devised a new process of registration for all the business verticals(Franchise, partner, members).
  
• For Individuals Members, when converting from Opportunity to Customer send promotion for membership with selected membership benefits.
  
• For Franchise companies, easy integration of the multi-company structure.
  
• For Business partners, register as partner get them started with Health center demos and fitness tips.
  
• Three weeks to completely Implement End to End Solution.
  
• With strong market demand and high quality offerings there was a need to strengthen the market lead in the Weight loss and Fitness segment with online registration being the key at digital age it was difficult to guide and process the Leads because of the sheer size and volumes of accurate lead data needed.
  
• Application needed to guide the leads by sending email verification links for secured registration and modifying/editing Lead info.
  
• Client had to spend countless hours to organize and process one Lead.
  
• Multiple functions can be performed by a single user and drastically improved efficiency.
