SugarCRM Integration with Magento

Integration of Magento and SugarCRM helps in customer registration, case handling, and abandoned carts. This extension automatically uploads information from Magento to SugarCRM. Information of new Magento customers is uploaded and registered as ‘contact’ within SugarCRM. Data of registered Magento visitors who visit and do not place orders is uploaded to SugarCRM as ‘lead’. This information can be used to optimize the Magento online store. A SugarCRM ‘account’ needs to be created first for each store. The information from Magento will be uploaded to this online store’s SugarCRM ‘account’.

Features:

New Magento customers who place orders in the web shop are uploaded as ‘contacts’ to SugarCRM and are attached to the specific Magento ‘account’.

New Magento store visitors who do not place orders are uploaded as ‘leads’.

A registered Magento customer is allowed to classify and view cases from ‘My Account’ within Magento. These cases are uploaded to SugarCRM as ‘cases’ and are attached to the Magento ‘account’.

Discarded shopping carts are uploaded to SugarCRM, stored as ‘note’ within SugarCRM, and are connected to the Magento online shop ‘account’.
