In this phase of the implementation, our project team conducts an analysis by coordinating with your workforce to determine the objectives, goals, deliverables, and scope of the project. Each project team member is allocated specific tasks according to the information gathered during this evaluation. At the end of this analysis, we develop a strategy for the next stage in the implementation process.

Design:

In this phase, our team creates a master project plan and timeline based on usage setup, guidelines, training, required customizations, and content planning. Each topic in the plan will be sketched out in order to show the specific needs within the area. This task is to ensure a successful and an ‘on time’ implementation.
