The Client has intended for Commercial open source software that exclusively support online Course Management System with variety of functions. The main challenge for the client is to provide sophisticated virtual learning environment that works 24×7 online e-learning. The client also needed several applications such as advanced enrollment theme reinforced with PayPal for course fee transactions, tests and grading system, valuation and certification system along with activity details capture mechanism.

The Result Improved Course management:

KTree Moodle application in integration with the Sugar CRM has improved the service from just an ordinary online course management system by capturing the information about website visitors. Integration of the Lead Form with the Lead Module of SugarCRM enabled to store the course selected and the comments in SugarCRM. These generate respond emails which contain the appropriate course content. The additional customizations on the volunteer’s enrollment, login and course attributes have provided with complete data. The online payments have been nullified by PayPal add-on for secured online transaction. On a whole, the Client was exhilarated by the complete E-learning management.
